and to file the original of the written objections with the clerk of this Court at Post Office Box 1110, Tampa, Florida 33601, before service or immediately thereafter. All objections shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. Any objection to the Final Report or Petition for Discharge shall be filed with the Clerk based. Any objection to the Final Report or Petition for Discharge shall be filed with the Clerk within the later of thirty (30) days from the date of service of the petition or the date of first publication of this notice. A notice of hearing on any objection shall be served within ninety (90) days after the filing of the objection or the objection will be abandoned. Failure to serve written objections as required may result in an order of discharge of guardian without further notice.
The first date of publication is October 2, 2015.
