Dryer a/k/a Joseph George Dryer, Case No. 2015-P003568. The Illinois Co-Guardian, JANET DRYER PEREZ's address is 3626 SW Dash Road, Federal Way, Washington, 98023 and the name and address of the Illinois Co-Guardian, JOEL S. DRYER, is P. O. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
A Final Accounting of Guardian of the Property, a Supplemental Final Accounting of Guardian of the Property, and an Amended Petition for Discharge of Guardian of the Property have been filed upon the grounds of a change of domicile for the Ward. On November 4, 2015 at 11:30 a.m, at the Lynn Silvertooth Judicial Center, 2002 Ringling Blvd., Courtroom 8B, Sarasota, Florida, JANET DRYER PEREZ, Florida Guardian of the Property, will apply for discharge. At that time, the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Illinois.
All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections to the termination of the guardianship in this State shall file such objections with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. A copy of the objection must be served by the Objector on the Florida Guardian. Within ninety days after the filing of an objection, a notice of hearing shall be served on the Florida Guardian or the objection shall be abandoned. ALL OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
