NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 006394 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OF THE ESTATE OF THOMAS R. RIGGS, DECEASED; SUNTRUST BANK; PRISCILLA KADE A/K/A PRISCILLA J. RIGGS; TIMOTHY R. RIGGS; PEGGY M. LINTON, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE; SUSAN K. CONE; GINGER R. ASSADI; PEGGY M. LINTON; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on October 22, 2015 at 09:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 03/21/2000 AND RECORDED 03/31/2000 IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2000-0040556 AMONG THE LAND RECORDED OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS:LOT 176, OVERBROOK GARDENS SECTION 2, PLAT BOOK 9, PLAT PAGE 53, PARCEL ID NUMBER: 0485-12-0045.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
