NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 003618 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and VLADIMIR VYRLAN; VERA VYRLAN; ALVIS CONSTRUCTION GROUP, INC.; GLEN OAKS GARDEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., FKA GLEN OAKS GARDEN APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JAN D. ADMIRE; DOLORES E. A. PARAMORE A/K/A DOLORES E ONEAL; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO RBC BANK (USA); UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on October 22, 2015 at 09:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. A206, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/66TH SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPERTAINING THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, TERMS RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF A CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF GLEN OAKS GARDEN APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1098, PAGE 1606, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 6, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
