Final Judgment was awarded on September 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 001081 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB DOING BUSINESS AS CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAT 2015-13ATT is the Plaintiff, and EDWARD R. SEITZ, CO-TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE EDWARD R. SEITZ REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 24, 2015; DOREEN B. KANEY, CO-TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE EDWARD R. SEITZ REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 24, 20115; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD R. SEITZ AS OF OCTOBER 03, 2003; EDWARD R. SEITZ; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE EDWARD R. SEITZ REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 24, 2005; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 NKA TAMMY MICHEL; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A LEANNA GARCIA; UNKNOWN TENANT 3 N/K/A ANDREW HEWITSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on October 22, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, LESS THE WEST 26 FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 39, J.W. TATUM'S ADDITION TO SARASOTA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 189, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
