NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 2015 CC 001759 SC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 85, PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 4, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 16, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check
