NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 29th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001473 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-NH BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and FANNY NAZARET ESCOBAR AKAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FANNY NAZARET ESCOBAR AKAL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CEDAR CREEK UNIT III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CEDAR CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 2nd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, CEDAR CREEK, UNIT III, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 13A THROUGH 13D, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
