NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CC-003007-ES of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein ASBEL ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOSE A. ORTEGA; YARIS RAMOS; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ELIO VICTORIA and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A CARIDAD GONZALES are Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 21st day of October, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Block 10 of ASBEL ESTATES PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page(s) 85 through 94, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
