NOTICE is hereby given that, Paula S. O'Neil Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 29th day of October, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit:
Commence at the Southwest corner of Tract Four (4) in Section 32, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida, as per the Port Richey company plat recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 61 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida for a Point of Beginning, thence run North along the West line of said Tract 4 a distance of 60 feet, thence run East parallel with the South line of said tract a distance of 145 feet, thence run South parallel with the West line of said tract a distance of 60 feet, thence run West along the South line of said Tract 4 a distance of 145 feet to the Point of Beginning, less right-of-way previously reserved or conveyed to the City of Port Richey, Florida on the West side thereof; also described as Lot one (1) of Queener Subdivision as per plat thereof.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
