NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001701-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which REAL ESTATE EXCHANGE EST, INC., is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, LIENORS AND OTHER PARTIES TAKING INTEREST UNDER MILLICENT WALDNER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SARA A. WALDNER; LANA C. WALDNER; are defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 26th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
