NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 2015-CA-000155, in which VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE, as the Plaintiff, and GREGG CAINE, HEATHER CAINE A/K/A HEATHER GULDEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HEATHER CAINE A/K/A HEATHER GULDEN N/K/A RICHARD LEYONS, REGIONS BANK, D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK, CARPENTERS RUN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the Property, the Clerk of Pasco County will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 153, Carpenter's Run Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page(s) 122 through 124, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 1537 Gunsmith Drive, Lutz, FL 33559
Together with an undivided percentage interest in common elements pertaining thereto at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of November, 2015, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
