YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Pasco, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real and personal property described as follows:
The West 150.00 feet of the East 165.0 feet of Tract 65, Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands, in Section 36, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 6, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; Less the North 15 feet thereof and Less road right of way for Forbes Road, as per Official Records Book 3866, Page 1043, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with that certain 1997, 60 x 28 mobile home, Vin #JACFL18419A and JACFL18419B.
Commonly known as 7437 Forbes Rd., Zephyrhills, FL 33540
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, by NOV 02 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
