RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 04, 2015 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-019615 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP., is Plaintiff, and SIXTO CABALLERO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
The South 312.5 feet of the West 457.0 feet and the West 30.0 feet of the North 332.5 feet of Tract 9 in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, SOUTH TAMPA SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with: All that part of Tract 9 in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, described as follows: Begin at the Northwest corner of the Two Acres Known as the Property of E. Doub: go thence Westward 165 feet; thence South 332.5 feet; thence East 165 feet; and thence Northward 332.5 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
