NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 26, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-014634 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and JESUS J LOPEZA/K/A JESUS LOPEZ, LIDIA LOPEZ, CADLEROCK JOINT VENTURE LP, FLORIDA CENTRAL CREDIT UNION, PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES LLC, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The West ½ of the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section19, Township 32 South, Range 20 East, otherwise known as: The West ½ of Tract 66 of Sunset Acres, LESS the North 30 feet for road right-of-way, in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
