NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-011426 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH4, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH4, Plaintiff, and, RHODES, JACQUELINE, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the day of 5th day of November, 2015, the following described property:
DESCRIPTION OF UNRECORDED LOT 37: ALL THAT PART OF LOT “C” OF TEVALO HILLS UNIT 3, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 38 OF SAID SUBDIVISION AND RUN NORTH 63°21'59” WEST 290.40 FEET; THENCE NORTH 26°38'01” EAST 161.41 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 63°21'59” EAST, 290.40 FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF TEVALO DRIVE; THENCE SOUTH 26°38'01” WEST, ALONG SAID BOUNDARY 161.41 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
