BEING THE SAME PROPERTY AS TRANSFERRED BY WARRENTY DEED ON 09/13/2002 AND RECORDED 10/02/2002 FROM TAMPA UNITED METHODIST CENTERS, INC. A FLORIDA CORPORATION TO HUBERT E. SIMMONS, SR. AND DOROTHY A. SIMMONS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, RECORDED IN BOOK 11979 AND PAGE 0976.
and commonly known as: 4739 WHITEWAY DRIVE EAST, TAMPA, FL 33617; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 6, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
