NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-011594 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS DELAWARE TRUSTEE AND U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CO-TRUSTEE FOR GOVERNMENT LOAN SECURITIZATION TRUST 2011-FV1, is Plaintiff, and RAYMOND WALKER, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 120 FEET OF LOT 17, OF VAN SANT SUBDIVISION, LESS THE NORTH 89.55 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 125.00 FEET AND LESS THE WEST 15.00 FEET FOR ROAD PURPOSES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
