NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-011769 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for NRZ Pass-Through Trust II, Plaintiff and Scott Stafford are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 9, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5 AND THE EAST 14 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 11, NORTH ROSEDALE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
