NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-002166 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for Springleaf Mortgage Loan Trust 2013-2, Plaintiff and Brian J. Clark are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 9, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 52, BLOCK 3, WEST MEADOWS, PARCELS 12A, 12B-1 AND 13-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 92-1 THROUGH 92-19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
