NOTICE is hereby given that, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 3rd day of November, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 711 & 712, Block “P”, Pinecrest Villa Premier West Coast Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 15, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
