NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-002079 Div. N. of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and TANYA JACKSON AKBAR a/k/a TANYA S. JACKSON AKBAR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TANYA JACKSON AKBAR a/k/a TANYA S. JACKSON AKBAR, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on November 13, 2015, beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 17378, PAGE 49, ID# A-05-29-19-ZZZ-00000-74710.0, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS BEGINNING 25.0 FEET NORTH AND 265.0 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST 660.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 220.0 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST ONE QUARTER OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, RUN NORTH 100 FEET EAST 50 FEET, SOUTH 100 FEET AND WEST 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
