NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2nd, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-018788 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is Plaintiff and GUSTAVO JARA; et al., are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 63, Town N' Country Park Unit. 26, According to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 57 of the Public Records of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 6809 Eden Lane, Tampa, FL 33634
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
