NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3rd, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-005422of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007 2, is Plaintiff and MARSHA F. HOHLBAUGH; are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 35, Block 6, CLAIR-MEL CITY UNIT NO. 31, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 18, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 3204 Clifford Sample Dr, Tampa, FL 33619.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
