NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 8th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-010202, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A is Plaintiff and TRACY I. DAIN A/K/A TRACY L. DAIN; JASON W. DAIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ELIZABETH MEYERS; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION F/K/A SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; BOYETTE SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 26th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, BOYETTE SPRINGS, SECTION B, UNIT 6, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 68, AT PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
