NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 01, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-000417 DIV. N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and JARED SCOTT; SOPHIA TZOUGANNAKIS; HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. ; LIVING INTERIOR PLANT SERVICE INC. ; ADA SERVICES CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. F/K/A H&R BLOCK MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A JEAN JONE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 4, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 1E, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
