NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2015, and entered in 10-CA-013785 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and JOHN SMALL; RITA J. SMALL; ARISTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR M & I BANK, FSB are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, OF ARISTA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 145 THROUGH 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
