NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2014, and entered in 08-CA-020057 DIV H of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MERGER CO., A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK is the Plaintiff and NANCY V. RODENBACH; FOREST HILLS VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY V. RODENBACH are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, FOREST HILLS VILLAGE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
