NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 01, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-004411 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-BR1 is the Plaintiff and ALBERT K. MCGOWAN; FRANCES E. MCGOWAN are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, GARDEN OAKS UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND A PART OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, GARDEN OAKS UNIT NO. 2, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 9, BLOCK 2, RUN NORTH 72 DEGREES 05' 44” WEST 172.32 FEET ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 9, THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 01' 25” WEST 16.88 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 66 DEGREES 53' 47” EAST 178.29 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
