NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2015, and entered in 09-CA-023180 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and KENNETH WEST; TAMEKIA WEST are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 12, RIVERDALE SUBDIVISION PHASE 3A, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
