NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 01, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-004592 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and EDWARD L. GRADDY, SR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD L. GRADDY, SR.; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK, F.S.B. A/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, GROVE POINT VILLAGE UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
