NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 28, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-014619 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF1, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF1 is Plaintiff and DAREL DOUGHERTYAKA DAREL W. DOUGHERTY, DEBORAH MUSELAKA DEBORAH Y. MUSEL AKA DEBORAH Y. DOUGHERTY AKA DEBORA YEVETTE KUHNS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAREL DOUGHERTY AKA DAREL W. DOUGHERTY, IF ANY, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), KINGSWAY OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC., FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block B, Kingsway Oaks, Phase 1, as per map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 44 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
