NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated September 22, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-018593 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE6, is Plaintiff and JESUS ALFONSO & BARBARA CHAVEZ, et al, are Defendants.
