NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment ofForeclosure dated the 27th day of July 2015, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 13-CA-13373, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on November 9, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 2, WOODBERRY PARCEL B & C, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE(S) 93, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
