NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 6, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-004119 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL P. PALMER FKA MICHAEL PAUL LETOURNEAU, LYNN M. PALMER FKA LYNN MARIE LETOURNEAU, SAWGRASS VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 NKA WHITE MALE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNN M. PALMER F/K/A LYNN MARIE LETOURNEAU, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL P. PALMER F/K/A MICHAEL PAUL LETOURNEAU NKA ROBIN PALMER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, SAWGRASS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 71 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
