NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3rd, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008606-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1; is Plaintiff and ANNA MARIE DARRING, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
East 60 feet of the West 120 feet of Lots 46, 47 and 48, LESS the South 10 feet of Lot 46, STAMM'S REPLAT, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 20, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 5220 Gulfport Blvd S Saint Petersburg, FL 33707
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
