NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3rd, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-008561-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2005-A11CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-K, is Plaintiff and KAREN L. BILLINGS, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, DODGE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 51, Public Records of Pinellas County, FL.
Property Address: 2121 DODGE STREET FLORIDA FL 33760
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
