NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23rd, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-009269 CI 33 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-86CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-86CB, is Plaintiff and NIYA BROMMELSICK GREENWOOD A/K/A NIYA B. GREENWOOD F/K/A NIYA REBECCA BROMMELSICK A/K/A NIYA R. BROMMELSICK; et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, FLORIDA RETIREMENT VILLAGE, TRACT A REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, AT PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OFPINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 5242 102nd Avenue, Pinellas Park, FL 33782
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
