Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 8, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 12-007180-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DAVID CHARLES GREENE A/K/A DAVID C. GREENE, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT A-1708, BUILDING 17, PHASE I, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6133, PAGE 2313, ET SEQ., INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 106 THROUGH 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of October, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
