The East 140-1/4 feet of Lot 2 in the Northeast ¼ of Section 7, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, as shown by plat of PINELLAS GROVES, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the South 932 feet thereof, ALSO LESS that part conveyed to the State of Florida by deed recorded in O.R. Book 1649, Page 560, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
PARCEL 2:
A portion of Lot 2 of PINELLAS GROVES in the Northeast ¼ of Section 7, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Commence at a point where the East lot line of said Lot 2 intersects the Southerly right-of-way of Ulmerton Road and go Westerly along said Southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 140.25 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue Westerly along said Southerly right-of-way line of Ulmerton Road, a distance 120 feet; thence Southerly on a line parallel with the East lot line of said Lot 2, a distance of 175 feet; thence Easterly on a line parallel with said Southerly right-of-way line of Ulmerton Road, a distance of 120 feet; thence Northerly on a line parallel with the East lot line of said Lot 2, a distance of 175 feet to the POINT OF BEGGINNING; and
