THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, is Plaintiff and SANDRA A. KLEIMAN; HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 35-F, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE XI, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE(S) 21 THROUGH 23, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON THE 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1978 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755, PAGE 480 AND AMENDED TO ADD PHASE XI IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4921, PAGE 468, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPH 10 OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4755, PAGE 487, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
