NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following real estate described as:

Beginning at a point marked “X” at the Southeast corner of Blind Pass Bridge, go Easterly parallel to the Southerly line of County right-of-way 70 feet to a Point; thence Southerly at right angles to the line of the bridge to the South line of said County right-of-way (a 66 foot right-of-way) for a Point of Beginning; thence continuing Southerly in the same line 140 feet S. 08Ëš28'56" E. (meas.); thence at right angles run Easterly N. 81Ëš31'04" E. parallel to aforesaid Southerly right-of-way line, 75.00 feet; then at right angles to aforesaid Southerly right-of-way line run Northerly N. 08Ëš28'56" W. (meas.) 140.00 feet; thence along aforesaid Southerly right-of-way line S. 81Ëš31'04" W., 75.00 feet to the Point of Beginning and ALSO return to the aforesaid Point of Beginning; run thence at right angles to aforesaid Southerly right-of-way line S. 08Ëš28'56" E. (meas.) 200.00 feet; thence at right angles run Westerly S. 81Ëš29'16.6" W. (meas.), S. 81Ëš56'08" W., plat, along the Northerly line of Lot 4, Block 114, according to the plat of St. Petersburg Beach North Unit No. 10, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 32, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida to a point on the mean high water line and Point A for convenience; thence return to the Point of Beginning and run Westerly along the aforesaid Southerly line of a 66 foot County right-of-way to the mean high water line of Blind Pass; thence meander the said mean high water line in a Southeasterly direction to Point A and the Point of Ending, less and except that portion of described lands taken by State of Florida Department of Transportation as described in Order of Taking recorded March 25, 1995 in O.R. Book 8936, Page 1432, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
