NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 03, 2015, and entered in 14-002692-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KATHLEEN ELLIOTT A/K/A KATHLEEN MERCANTINI ELLIOTT A/K/A KATHLEEN M. ELLIOTT A/K/A KATHLEEN MELFY A/K/AKATHLEEN MERCANTINI MELFY A/K/A KATHLEEN M. MELFY; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION; RON MELFY A/K/A RONALD MELFY A/K/A RONALD WADE MELFY A/K/A RONALD W. MELFY; SAMUEL W. ELLIOTT A/K/A SAMUEL WALTON ELLIOTT A/K/A WALT ELLIOTT A/K/A WALTON ELLIOTT; TERRY DASILVA A/K/A TERRY ANN DASILVA A/K/A TERRY ANN MELFY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 4, STARKEY HEIGHTS UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
