NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3rd, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004016-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and TERESA MARINO; et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 1304, BUILDING NO. 13, ARBOR HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, PAGE 1389, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3001 58th S Avenue 1304 Saint Petersburg, FL 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
