NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-013650-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE VIKING TRUST, U/A DATED AUGUST 18, 2008, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMENTS , CHARLES R LINDAHLA/K/A CHARLES ROBERT LINDAHL, UNKNOWN TENANT 1N/K/A BILL MARCILLE , UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22ND day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 47, BLOCK A, HIGHLAND TERRACE SUBDIVISION REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
