NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 14, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-003738-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and ERNEST A. SEBAK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERNEST A. SEBAK N/K/A MARY AMONE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 68 & 69, LAKE TARPON ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 72, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
