NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2015, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 22, Building 27 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWENTY-THREE, as recorded in O. R. Book 3908, Page 75, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Page 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2466 Ecuadorian Way, #22, Clearwater, FL 33763.
at public sale, on the 4th day of November, 2015 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
