NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-12104-CI-8, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC4 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and PAMELA S. THORBIN F/K/A PAMALE S. LAMORE A/K/A PAMELA S. HOLT; KEITH P. THORBIN; ET AL, are defendants. Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this October 26th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
