NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-009624, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and RANIA HANNA A/K/A RANIA C. HANNA; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; RIDGEMOOR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; JASON HANNA A/K/A JASON G. HANNA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of October, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, WESTWIND, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 37 THROUGH 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
