NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-009081-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN C ABELE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BENJAMIN C. ABELE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 3 ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of November, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A OF BUILDING 2913 OF EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO.3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED DECEMBER 20, 1979, AND RECORDED DECEMBER 28, 1979, UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 79221550, IN O.R. BOOK 4962, PAGE 1643, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED UNIT.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
