RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 9, 2015 and entered in Case No. 522012CA006156XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and QUINTEN R. WELCH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 5, THE BRONX ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 42, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
